Today our speech lesson was about few and many. First we used construction paper turkeys and talked about few and many feathers. Then we made cupcake turkeys and got to choose if our turkey would have few or many feathers (candy corn).

Our class went to its first horseback riding lesson yesterday. First we were fitted for helmets and then we learned how to groom the horses. Once the instructors saddled them for us we got to lead them outside and ride!!!

Mackinaw Island

Over Labor Day my husband and I went to Mackinaw Island. We biked around the island, went golfing, made more than one stop at Kilwins for carmel apples, and watched the MI game (GO BLUE)! We also hunted for the crack in the island-not easy to find but worth the search

Gymnastics!

For the last 6 weeks our class has been going to gymnastics at Horizon’s Complex. Our instructor, Ms. Julene, taught us to tumble, jump on the trampoline, and stretch. We also went in the foam pit, on a three person swing, and did many fun obstacle courses! On the last day of class we all received ribbons and certificates!
